The traditional profession of Architecture has seen major upheavals in the last few decades especially in India. From small shops to shopping malls and even hyper malls and from single dwellings to townships society, its needs and consequently architecture is continuously changing. The architecture of the future might be totally different.
We at BNCA believe that change is the only constant in life and this is what we try to imbibe in the students as well. To face the challenges of the future an inquiring and inquisitive mind with a strong understanding of the basics is a necessity and we strive to achieve this in our school.
Not only education of architecture but also the complete and holistic development of the student is our main aim. We seek to prepare a generation of architects who would serve society, enhance life and enrich experience as also inculcate the humanistic values of architecture.
The last 15 years in this field has seen us face big challenges through which we have established ourselves as leaders in architectural education in India, having the highest intake as well as courses from graduation to research. Recognizing early the trends of globalization, we have also forayed into the international arena earning international recognition, through exchange and placement programs.
We believe that this is just the beginning in this fascinating journey called architecture and the best years are ahead of us.
