The B. Arch. - I. D. course equips students with practical, technical and creative skill sets to take after graduation , positions as certified architects with architectural or  interior design consulting offices, corporate design departments, and government design agencies or simply freelance. The study of interior architecture at degree level can also be seen as a good grounding for other specialized careers for example in industrial design, lighting, theatre, and museum and exhibition design.
