Express Training Workshop For Presentation Skills

EXPRESS TRAINING WORKSHOP FOR PRESENTATION SKILLS

This workshop will be more of an interactive style session , wherein general information is disseminated in a large group forum and then smaller exercises are done to realize learning's .

AREAS OF FOCUS WILL BE :

a)The need and Importance to present in a very professional way.

b) How do you prepare for a meeting ( presentation , general client meetings, wherein you audience could a senior management team or the MD of a company).

Sub attributes could be :

• Overall turn out and presentation skills and articulation.
• How to wish the client and exchange your business card?
• How to commence on a presentation?
• How to develop a story board approach and maintaining a flow?
• How to end a presentation?

The above would take about an hour-Two to explain and reason out with the students the details of the above. Post the above we would break them into smaller teams and ask them to make a presentations on a "mock topic"/Their own projects.  , as if they were presenting to a client team. Each team will be checked / critiqued in terms of the sub attributes listed above.

Each group/ team ( 6 students each ) is expected to prepare a power point of a design project , that can be used as a starting base for the presentation .
