Eligibility

MAHARASHTRA CANDIDATURE CANDIDATE AND ALL INDIA CANDIDATURE CANDIDATES

• The candidate should be an Indian National
• Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only)
• Obtained non zero score in MAH-M.ARCH-CET

NRI / OCI / PIO, CHILDREN OF INDIAN WORKERS IN THE GULF COUNTRIES, FOREIGN NATIONAL

• Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks.
• Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

• S.S.C mark sheet
• H.S.C. mark sheet or diploma mark sheet
• B.Arch. All mark sheets
• Degree Certificate
• College leaving certificate
• Valid CET Score Card
• Domicile or Nationality certificate
• Caste certificate [if applicable]
• Caste validity certificate [if applicable]
• Non creamy layer certificate [if applicable]
• Gap certificate [if applicable]
• Migration certificate

FOR NRI / PIO / FOREIGN STUDENTS

Following documents are required in addition to the above:

• Passport copy
• Visa copy
• Citizenship card
• Character certificate

All the rules and regulations for admission, cancellations, refund of fees etc. are applicable to the students which are prescribed by admission authorities (Govt. of Maharashtra)
