About the Speaker

Er. Nachiket Patil is an accomplished planner and civil engineer with over three years of professional experience. He has led numerous Town Planning projects using GIS analysis, drone surveys and structured decision making frameworks. He is an associate member of ITPI and currently serves as assistant Town Planner at Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA).

Participants can build understanding on

  • Clear understanding of Town Planning Schemes and how they function within the urban development.
  • Use of GIS or mapping tools.
  • Development of roadmap for upcoming schemes
  • Discussion on urban governance and legal provisions.
