Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture for Women (BNCA) successfully hosted Torque 2025, a two-day inter-design and architecture college volleyball tournament, on March 7th and 8th at the MKSSS campus ground. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across Maharashtra, showcasing their skill, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
After a series of intense matches, the School of Fashion Technology (SOFT) secured victory in the girls’ category, while D.Y. Patil College of Architecture, Akurdi, claimed the boys’ championship title. The runners-up were S.B. Patil College of Architecture (boys) and BNCA (girls).
The tournament also recognized individual excellence, with Mohit Kumbhare being awarded Best Player in the boys’ category and Dakshayani Shinde in the girls’ category.
Torque 2025 provided a platform for students to engage in high-level competition while fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie. The event concluded on a high note, reinforcing the importance of sports in architectural education and student life.
