About

Amruta Barve is a young and enthusiastic landscape architect based in Pune. She has pursued her graduation in the year 2005 from Allana College of Architecture & post – graduation in the year 2009 from BNCA, Pune

After working in firms like KIPA Architects and TKS design services, she started her own practice 8 years ago and established a studio called ‘Krimiti Design Studio’. The firm undertakes projects in the field of Architecture, Landscape Architecture as well as Interior design. She is currently working as a full time faculty for the undergraduate program at Dr. B.N. College of Architecture, Pune. She started the BNCA Art club Kaladhaar, under which the group of students have been carrying out various activities, events etc. Installation at Pune airport on the occassion of 75th year of independence is one of the prestigious activities.
She has been an active member at ISOLA, as a student as well as a professional.

Her other interests include creative participation in drama and theatre. She is an aspiring poet and an amateur artist constantly searching for ways to relate her interests and profession.
