Dharati Wankhade have completed PH. D. from Pune University. Her area of research includes Construction and Demolition Waste Management by 3R practices. Her recent research interests focus on Embodied energy in construction waste material, LCA of construction material, EPD of construction products, reuse of other industry waste in retail industry, etc. Her few research works has been already published in various National and International conference proceedings and in International Journal.

Dharati Wankhade is an architect and Environmental consultant. She has over 23 years’ experience and currently working as Associate Professor at Dr. B. N. College of Architecture, Karvenagar, Pune since last 10 years. She is highly resourceful, flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic individual who possesses a considerable amount of knowledge regarding academic and administrative procedures. She is also a quick learner who can absorb new ideas and is experienced in coordinating, planning and organizing a wide range of academic activities. She is well organized and an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively in a complex and busy environment.
