Ar. Dhruv Chandwania pursued his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Pune in 2005. He pursued MS in Digital Achitecture from Pratt Institute, New York in 2007.

Ar. Dhruv has been teaching in Dr. B. N. College of Architecture, Pune for past 11 years. He is the co-founder of M.Arch Digital Dept, one of the first courses which focuses on Parametric Designing. From 2011 – 2013 he was HoD of Dept. of M.Arch Digital Architecture and from 2016 to 2020 he was HoD of B.Arch (B div) at BNCA.  He has completed his doctoral studies (Ph.D.) under guidance of Dr. Abhijit Natu from SPPU (degree yet to be awarded).

Along with his wife, Ar. Khushboo Chandwania, they started AR.CS design studio which practices in the fields of Architecture, Interior Designing and Graphic Designing.  In 2017 and in 2020, the design firm won National level awards for the Best Hospitality.

He has 5 papers published at National and International conferences and 1 paper published in peer reviewed journal (UGC care approved) on various topics of Architecture. He has been invited at various national level organizations like Indian Institute of Interior designers (2013), Archotsav (2015) as a guest speaker and for conducting workshops on the topic of Digital Architecture.
