Jinisha Lodaya is an architect, urban designer and academician with 12+ years of experience and a special interest in placemaking, street design and water urbanism. She was the co curator for ‘Water and Heritage’ and ‘Water and Culture’ galleries for ‘Confluence’ (2021) a virtual exhibition on Mumbai’s Waters organised by Living Waters Museum, Ahmedabad. She has authored several articles on urban issues, and published research papers on Water Urbanism.
She has also taught History and Humanities for more than 12 years at various colleges in Mumbai. She shares her love for the city and all things urban through Heritage Walks of Fort Area and lesser known neighbourhoods of Mumbai.
Having worked on Architecture, Interior and Art projects across India, US and Dubai during
her 6 year tenure at Currimbhoy & Co, Mumbai; she has gained considerable field experience and currently runs her Architecture and Interior practice alongwith her husband.
