About

Kaushik Sardesai is an architect & computational designer based in Pune, India. Graduating in architecture from the University of Pune with distinction, Kaushik completed his M.Arch from the AA School of Architecture in Emergent Technologies and Design [EmTech] with distinction. Post his masters, Kaushik also achieved a masters diploma in advanced parametric design and fabrication from Madrid.

Being invited as a juror and a visiting computational tutor for Master’s in digital architecture at BNCA, Pune, Kaushik was also a faculty at the AA Visiting School in Athens, Greece and has assisted in teaching a parametric design workshop at a collaborative event of AAVS Madrid and Universidad Europea de Madrid. Now he is also a faculty at the digital architecture department of BNCA.

Having previous hands-on experience at the AA Summer School (Hooke Park), his interests lie in active fabrication and material synthesis. Currently, he is the principal and partner at ANTHEM ADC, a young digital design firm where he continues his research at exploring different means of integrating computational tools with conventional design techniques.
