Shubhashish’s career is focused on visionary urban planning projects, housing policy formulation, masterplanning of high density residential communities, urban renewal, architectural competitions and educational campus masterplanning. He was formerly employed with renowned firms like Albert Speer & Partner in Frankfurt, Patzschke Architekten in Goa/ Berlin, Surbana of Singapore, M.N. Ashish Ganju in New Delhi and Kolte-Patil Developers in Pune. SInce 2012, he is in private practice and also active as visiting faculty at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune (2014 onwards) and BNCA, Pune (2015 onwards).
