Digital architecture, also known as digital design or computational architecture, refers to the integration of digital technologies and computational methods into the architectural design and construction process. It involves using computer software, simulations, algorithms, and data-driven approaches to create, analyze, visualize, and optimize architectural designs. This encompasses a wide range of techniques, including parametric design, generative design, virtual reality (VR), and more.
In summary, digital architecture plays a crucial role in modern architectural practices by enhancing efficiency, precision, collaboration, sustainability, and design exploration. It empowers architects to create innovative and responsive designs that meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.

Eligibility
MAHARASHTRA CANDIDATURE CANDIDATE AND ALL INDIA CANDIDATURE CANDIDATES
- The candidate should be an Indian National
- Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only)
- Obtained non zero score in MAH-M.ARCH-CET.
NRI / OCI / PIO, CHILDREN OF INDIAN WORKERS IN THE GULF COUNTRIES, FOREIGN NATIONAL
- Passed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks.
- Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Fee structure
ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025
Fee is declared by the Government of Maharashtra’s Fees Regulating Authority. Rules declared by the Authority from time to time will be applicable to all the Students. For Reserved category Students, Government rules will be followed and subject to the submission of all the required documents.
Demand draft will be accepted in the name of Dr. B. N. College of Architecture payable at Pune.
